One day one of our long-time customers came in with a long face.
"Pat," he said, "I'm afraid I'm going to have to
stop coming to you. I'm trading in my old Honda for a Prius."
"That's great," said Pat. "You can have it serviced
right here!" Not only that, but but now folks can bring in
their Subarus, too. We have the specialized training, the right
diagnostic equipment, and all the parts.
Our customers' needs are changing, and Pat's Garage is adapting
to those needs. We surveyed our customers and learned that most
of them choose a Subaru or Hybrid as their second car. Pat's mechanics
are trained (better than many of the factory technicians), we
have all the tools and parts, and we're certified to keep your
factory warranty in effect. |
