Attentive to all problems we brought forward plus items that they noticed. Really appreciate the level and quality of service we get here. They know our car. they know us. I feel like they care about making sure my car is in good running condition. Their prices are consistent and fair.

Great (and friendly) service! -- same-day tune-up routine. Very short wait to check in (my first time here), pick-up call was earlier than expected, and issues that needed further attention were explained to me in detail.

This was my initial visit to Pat's garage. My car (an old Prius hybrid) was examined and my concerns were addressed. A reasonable course of action was proposed which I am very comfortable with. I will be following their recommendations and referring a friend who also has one of those original Prius models. I feel that Pat (and his garage) is a partner in my car care instead of the all-knowing expert and his pronouncements
