I called Pat’s Garage very last minute this past Tuesday. My daughter was going on a road trip the following weekend and was planning on taking my car. Meanwhile, I knew that it was time for my 30,000 mile maintenance check. I told them my concern and even though they were very busy they told me that they would do their best to fit me in. By the end of the day Wednesday they had replaced my rear break pads, changed the oil, changed the air filter, checked the tires and performed all the necessary maintenance check. They seem very honest, fast and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

The capable technicians at Pat’s checked over my car purchased at Shift.com and discovered a missing lug nut on each tire. They ordered replacements and were able to do the work first thing in the morning in 20 min! Long enough for me to wander over to the Minnesota Garden to enjoy my tea, and wander back… Perfect!

I took my car to Lat’s garage as I was having brake troubles. I had my brakes replaced by another mechanic last year. Every person I encountered at Pats was nice and helpful. Though I am having the brakes repaired at the original mechanic as it is under warranty. I will not go back to the other mechanic ever again after they fix my brakes they originally replaced. Pats garage will be my new mechanic. They made me feel like I could trust them and as a single woman trusting a mechanic to not rip you off is very important! Definitely recommend Pats garage!

The trunk of my Mazda would not close. I stopped by Pat's Garage on the basis of these excellent reviews. Two men worked on the problem immediately, as a fly open trunk is a safety hazard. One of the men would not accept that a new lock was required and kept trying. He succeeded in freeing the lock and I avoided the expense of a new unit. There was no charge. I was treated with courtesy and kindness alto rare these days. Thank you very much.
