I expect a mechanic to be able to keep my engine running well and the people at Pat's Garage absolutely do that. As a huge added bonus, I think they are trustworthy. As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, I appreciate that everything is explained in terms I can understand and I am grateful that, when problems are noticed, they first check to see if the cost of the repair is on Toyota. Seriously, Pat's Garage could do the repairs and charge me, and I would never know the difference. Instead, they take the time to look up repairs that are Toyota's responsibility, print out the necessary paperwork, and coach me through what to say when scheduling the repair. I don’t know what I would do without Pat’s. My work takes me on epic 2-3k car journeys in rugged terrain and on long, fast stretches of freeway. Knowing my car is maintained by Pat’s makes me feel confident that my vehicle is great shape and I’ll get home safely.
