I have had several Hondas serviced by Pats for years. This shop has the best and most knowledgeable and most effective staff. On the way home from Pats yesterday I was asked by another driver to sell my 30 year old Honda. That happens to me almost daily. I thank Pats for the interest, but will not sell any car his operation has serviced.

So accommodating and professional! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

This is a bit of a long review, yet please read through to the end; you wont be sorry. We are on a road trip, and recently came from Sacramento where another "shop" had diagnosed our car as on its death bed, and then tried to sell us a new car. Thankfully, we decided a second opinion was in order, and limped slowly on to San Francisco where our good friends offered us their mechanics services. However, he was too busy at that time, and so I headed for the Web, and due to varoius providential factors, chose Pat's Garage. Pat listened patiently to our story, made no promises, but kindly agreed to give our old Subaru a look over right away. We dropped it off in the early morning, and Pat's guys were able to correctly identify the problem a short time later. By closing time, (actually, they stayed over an hour past just to get it finished) we got the keys back, and hit the road again early the next morning. Now, a week later, after having driven across the SW. United States through blistering heat, it's as if the problem never happened! WOW! To wrap it up, Pat and his guys get an A1, Outstanding, Excellent rating from us for Honesty, Patience, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of the Vehicle, and Going the Extra Mile. Also, although these guys are complete Professionals, they are also just regular guys, and A LOT of fun. Take your car to Pat; he'll take good care of you. Ty (from Alaska)
