Pat's Garage sent me a postcard to let me know my Honda needed oil service, etc. This reminder helps a lot, especially when a person is very busy working, etc. and forgets about regular car maintenance. I've had several mechanics in my time and I must say Pat's Garage is one of the best. I feel confident that staff/mechanics are honest (a huge issue when it comes to car mechanics) and they provide the best service possible. My car is over 7 years old, so I expect some problems. I've taken my car to Pat's for service on three occasions and have not been disappointed with the result and I've received good advice about how to handle the mold problem in my air conditioning. Pat's Garage is located in my neighborhood (a big plus), and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I have no hesitations in recommending Pat's Garage to my friends.

Pat runs a great shop. Everyone on staff is knowledgeabe, friendly, and honest. I've had three cars in 25 years, all maintained and repaired flawlessly by Pat, Augie and staff.

I am very thankful for the service I received from Pat's Garage. I bought a 2008 used Prius and it had a Hymotion Battery pack already installed. Unfortunately the pack did not work so I brought it in to Pat so he could take a look. Pat was very helpful and pleasant from the start. Being one of the few garages that is capable of installing Hymotion packs, he looked up our warranty information in the beginning of our visit and found out that the Hymotion battery was under warranty. He scheduled an appointment where his team installed a new Hymotion battery at absolutely no cost.Pat and his team were both pleasant and professional and I have had no problems with the new Hymotion battery since it was installed.

Pat and his team did a great job on my 2001 Accord. I'm a web guy (not phone) and it was easy setting up my appointment and they had great customer service. They had a clean and comfy waiting area and I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited. Breakfast & Lunch were conveniently available at a couple restaurants down the block.

You walk into Pat's and you quickly and easily go through your car check in. They communicate well and they take care of your car. Place is clean and pleasant to go into. You get your car back and you know what's up because they tell you clearly. There are no surprises. It's good business.
