i always feel like the team at Pat's has my back -keeping my 23 year old car running safely and me on the road.Karin is always calm, reassuring ,and helpful. This past visit augie was on holiday and Ritchie stepped up to fill his big italian shoes- performing his job with grace and elegance and efficiency.

I came in to have an oil leak checked. Though it required dismantling part of the engine to get at the leak, Rich and crew were able to diagnose the source and repair it same day and get me back on the road. Thanks, guys.

I took my Honda in for the introductory offer (which is a GREAT deal) and had a really good experience overall. After the work was done on my car, I drove it on the freeway, and since the tires had been rotated, the car started shaking as I drove it up to freeway speeds. I called back right away about it, and Pat was very informative in his explanation that the tires just were off-balance due to the tire rotation, and I could come in and get them switched back, no problem. I did so and I was in and out within a half hour.The other thing I wanted to say about Pat's Garage is that they are honest and up-front about things, but not pushy. After getting my car looked at, they had a couple of suggestions to make about services I should get done on my car due to wear and tear, but they did not push me to get those things done at their garage or right then and there; they simply informed me thoroughly of the situation and let me go on my way without getting these things done at the time (they weren't urgent). I felt respected as a customer and I would definitely go back there again to have my car worked on.

No surprise that Pat's is once again named Best Car Service in the Bay Area by The Guardian.

I have not taken my car anywhere else for over 20 years. I rely upon Pat and his staff to advise me on the service I need (or don't need) and to do it well every time. It's the cleanest garage I ever saw, and the staff make clients and their families feel comfortable and respected. I have referred friends and they have become repeat customers.

Have been going to Pat's now for over 15 years -- that's two Honda's worth. Appreciate that I am always given the details of what needs to be done now vs. what can wait. Never talked down to, always willing to explain. They've helped with odd requests: helped with a plastic bag that had adhered to the under body of my car and, on another visit, a license plate that had been knocked clean off. Thanks Pat's!
