I have been taking my '99 Honda Civic EX here for the last 5 years (even since moving to the East Bay!) and I could not recommend them more. Augie and the rest of the staff are very helpful, friendly, and realistic about what must be fixed now and what can wait a while. It's a relief to find honest mechanics who don't make you feel talked down to or overcharged. If only they were closer to me, it would be perfect, but that's what I get for moving to Berkeley.

the ultimate in car repair...they're nice, personable, on-time, funny, reasonable...I love the crew at Pat's and actually enjoy sitting on their comfy couch working, etc as i wait for my car. It's worth going out of my way to get there...I'll never go to another car repair place.
