Pat once told me I'll tell you when a repair can wait but if I tell it NEEDS to be done for safety and you don't do it...I can't have you as a customer. I treat every car like my family is driving in it. That was a long time ago and I feel that is still true today.
My oil change facility suggested that I get my car serviced and Pat's had great reviews on Yelp and Best of the Bay. They were right!
I have no complaints, so far so good.
New technology is amazing but to me, it's complicated. Best is when your trusted auto shop is ahead of the curve! Thanks for the quick service and complete resolution--and I now have a new new car! to me, new to me, car!! yay.

I am always relieved when I take my car to Pat's. Augustus explains everything very coherently and when I pick up my car I know it's in solid shape again.
