12/16/10 The service was, as always, outstanding. I went in early after a very bad morning (three skylights leak when the heat is one, and this will cost a bundle to fix - but yes, I know I'm privileged to have a house to fix. Anyhow, I whined to Karin Roper (taxidermy aficionado and way smart woman of the world), and when I left I felt better! And here are my private comments - Nothing private here: I don't have any because I can be - and am - totally honest with Pat, Augie, Karen.

It's raining, gets dark at 5:15 and my head light goes out. Pat's Garage was able to change it out when I stopped by without an appointment in very little time. Thank You!

I've been a customer at Pat's since 1994 and keep buying Hondas since I like the car so much as well as like having Pat's take care of my car. Complete repair records are kept on file, email reminders and specials help me keep up with the maintenance regularly, and at good prices. I know when I drive away, all the work has been done right.

Augie, Pat et al., were fab.

Another check up and as always, happy with the visit. Explanation of services is always clear, so we never feel like we are doing unnecessary work. We have been bringing our car to Pat's Garage for more years than I can remember, and we will continue to do so.

Other than being stupid and putting my finger up to the cute rat and being bit, always great to see everyone.

I have been a long time customer, and unfailingly the staff has been professional and friendly. All questions were answered and prices reasonable.

After going to other garages to compare estimates and recommendations, Pat's always comes out the best. Their knowledge is amazing and customer service wonderful. I would not go anywhere else
