Great communication, friendly, transparent, and flexible. Dropped car here for the day, had some conversations back and forth on what work needed to be done, they double checked things I brought up that I was concerned about, and never felt pressured into any services or uncharges. Much better experience than a dealer.

This was my first time here. I was looking for a new shop and am very happy with this one. I love that you can drop your car anytime in a time window, and communication was easy with texts and email. Plus I could review and pay the invoice before I even picked up my car, so all I had to do was walk in and grab the keys and go. Everything was reasonably priced, and the team was friendly.

Brought in my 2016 Subaru Forester. The folks at Pat's Garage were thorough, timely, and pleasant to work with. They have a great interface where you can follow their technicians' work throughout the duration of the service, with photos and detailed notes explaining their actions and findings at each step. It was informative and transparent, and it made me feel like I was in good hands.

The basic maintenance on my carwas going to take several hours so they switched a few other cars around so that mine wouldn’t take quite so long since it was an easy job. I very much appreciated that.

I recently moved back to San Francisco from Sonoma County and there is no Subaru dealership in the City. I’m old school- used to going to a dealership for maintenance. I found Pat’s on the Internet and went in just to check them out. Forrest spent time with me asking questions about my car history and explaining their service program. Just had my first appointment in which they did basic maintenance and a complete safety check of all my systems. Forrest called me to go over the review in detail and explain theone recommendation for additional service, which they were able to do that day . All this for much less than I would have been charged at a dealership. A friendly place with knowledgeable staff. Support this local independent business !!!
