They did a detailed complimentary inspection of my car, including 20+ photos and videos to accompany every point they made with quotes for everything in a priority ranking system. Replaced a wheel bearing at half the cost of what another “reputable” shop quoted. Great first timer oil change deal as well. Pat’s made the normally stressful process of car repair actually enjoyable and assuring. All in all this is the type of business I want to support and interact with. I will be taking both of my vehicles here going forward, and will recommend them to friends and family.
