People are nice and the service is thorough. They take pictures of everything and document it on their service portal website. Process is smooth and the work they did was good. But $124 for a cabin air filter and $70 for an engine air filter, and they even marked it as an "urgent" repair with a picture of my newly self-replaced cabin air filter that had a single leaf on it. These are $30 OEM parts.

Don't usually write reviews. Felt compelled. 6 months ago took my 2016 6-speed HRV in. I explained the problem. AC works but lots of fan noise and rmp drag when fan or AC in use. to be clear: It happens when AC is off. Charged 200 (250?) for "diagnostic" Al said "it's the AC or the AC clutch, gotta replace both foe 2700" I was hesitant he said mechanic listened with a stethoscope. wow what a pitch. I declined. He said he would send estimate with cheaper non OEM parts. He never did. Car has 125k miles 6 months later AC still blowing strong. Fan is problematic so i turn it off while shifting up through low gears. At highway speed it cuts in and out ( yes with AC still off). Sorry Patsgarage, not impressed. I tried to explain the complexity of the problem and they offered a standard solution.
