Found Pat's Garage online while looking for a local independent Toyota shop ( they also service other Japanese and Korean brands). I was attracted by their great reviews and decided to make an appointment. Easy to make an appointment online. Great customer service. Left my car in the morning for a regular maintenance service and they had it ready by early afternoon and kept me updated in the process. They also provided with detailed records of the services performed including photos of the parts of the car inspected. Also they have a price promo for first time customers which I took advantage of. I'll definitely be back.

Over the past several years I have had nothing but the finest service on my Honda Civic, and lots of little extras (such as a technician voluntarily fixing my driver’s side door at no charge, and the staff calling cabs for me on days when I was in a rush to get somewhere - on a day when my car was being worked on).
