I went early today with a newly found flat tire and a baby in my arms. At the reception desk, Diane was exceptionally kind and organised the review of my car within minutes. My car broke down on the freeway on a Sunday and I had it towed to Pat's because I knew they would be able to help and would have a parking spot for me. On Monday when I called them they got straight to work diagnosing the problem. As usual, they were very clear about what absolutely needed to get done for the car to function safely and what was a nice to have (My car is old and not worth a lot so it's good to have all my options given to me clearly!) I really trust them to tell it to me straight. The car was fixed in no time and everyone is so friendly. Thanks Pat's!
