I take my car her regularly and get excellent service, when available I am offered a shop car to drive for the meantime and they take care of the little things sino don’t have to worry. This business makes it easier to keep maintaining and stay proactive on my cars care.

I had a tire losing air and brakes making noise as I go down my first hill. Deanna pointed out I was due for an oil change. The tire issue was addressed. I will bring my car in to get two new tires. The brakes were looked at. They work fine. I know I will need transmission fluid replaced.

Wise advice, excellent service. I have taken my cars to Pat since 1990. Trust him with my life. Friendly. Patient explainers. Rest room. Although the shop seems surrounded by industrial buildings, the lovely Dogpatch neighborhood is only a couple of blocks away, as is the Bay, including small parks & gardens playground, Museum of Craft and Design, Humphrey Slocombe ice cream, and Philz Coffee.

This review pertains to my first visit to Pat’s garage. They performed a 100k service on my subaru Outback. Everything went smooth from booking an appointment to checkout. Staff was great. My battery needed replacement and they handled the warranty directly with the manufacturer without my involvement. It made everything very easy!

Pat’s Garage is the reason I bought my first car in 1992. A friend I commuted with took his car to Pat’s and I thought it was such a great place I knew I had a mechanic as soon as I had a car. Then Pat told me one of his customers was selling her car (which was a great Acura Integra) and the rest is history.

This was only my 2nd servicing after gaining the referral to Pat’s. The last time I took it in was 2 years ago. Deanna gave me exceptional communication and service details. I was able to bring it in at 7:30am and have it back before 3pm the same day. They gave me a detailed invoice and said that everything looked good; they added air to the tires and wiper fluid as requested. As I pulled away from the curb and half way home, I realized the squeak in the brakes was gone. Thank you so much to the Team at Pat’s for providing quality and value with care. I will be back. Thanks again!
