As someone who hates dealing with auto service but specifically the 'getting a reasonable charge / not paying for more things than you need', I was really appreciative of how easy it was to interact with Pat's Garage! I came in to see about a flat tire and dropped off my car. The garage then assessed the situation and provided a clear cost breakdown with various add-on options through their website. I ultimately decided to not get it serviced here (because I was due for some larger changes and had a package deal elsewhere), BUT I was extremely appreciative of how no-fuss the office was about that. No guilt-tripping, no 'warnings' that basically scared you into taking their service. Will definitely consider them for future needs!

We entered the office and a gentleman came out to talk with us. We explained our needs in terms of prioritizing work for us, determining what we needed and didn't need. We got the best advice we could have asked for. There was no hard sell to do the work now or else! We have found our new garage and will enjoy the partnership of working on our Subaru cars together! BTW, Pat was the person who took all the info and devised the approach. Really appreciated his expert advice, ease and assistance.
