I finally found a place that doesn't go "What is THAT?" when they see an FJ Cruiser. They did my spark plug change for a fair price and kept me informed along the way. I'll be back in a couple of months when it's time for a brake job.

Took my vehicle there last week for an oil change and check-up. They were, friendly, thorough, and informative about my vehicle’s condition, even shared pictures of work done. Will be going there again for my next service.

Pat's does great diagnostic work, listen to their customer's car complaints/symptoms, and work with them to try to find the best solution that's also reasonable, noting things to monitor and not just using a 'replace everything' approach. Photos of issues were taken and uploaded to a thorough report for review and discussion. Deanna was knowledgable and helped guide me through the mechanic's recommendations. Great overall experience.
